Shoots SIMULATED
GAME DAYS Birds without
the Feathers! Thimbleby
is the ideal location and has the perfect topography to simulate the thrill
and excitement of a real days shoot! Why
not improve your skills before heading out on to the moor....no closed season! What
is a simulated Game Day? - As we say Birds without the Feathers! It is as
close to a traditional driven game day, but substituting game birds for clay
pigeons! All levels of experience
can be catered for, enabling the complete beginner to enjoy shooting with
the most experienced game shot. Positioning of the shooter and the drives
ensures that all will thoroughly enjoy the day. The
event will consist of a number of drives with "birds" flushed to
the guns, singly and in flurries; in many directions and at varying angles
of elevation. Days available:
Monday, Thursday, Friday. Do
you cater for individuals? – Give us a call there maybe a group you
could join. What does it
cost? Days are normally organised for 8-16 Guns, and the price includes everything
except cartridges and hire of guns if required. Teas, coffees provided. 4
drives of simulated game –
High pheasant – Driven partridge! 8
guns – 1600 clay day Can
double up to 16 guns –
